We offer a 30 day money back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund the full cost of the product! 

 

Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. 
Returns must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. 
Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days from the day we receive the return-product.

Please note: When returning any product back to us, please make sure to insure the package, and keep records of the tracking number. LuiMari will not be held liable for any lost property/products in the return-shipping process.

 

 

Warranty

​

All rings include lifetime warranty! Which includes either full replacement, or repair on a case-by-case basis. What this means is that we will either replace or repair the product at no cost as long as it meets the following requirements;
 

• Products must not show signs of excessive abuse.
   

• Alterations and/or modifications will void the warranty.
   

• Certain rings, due to it's creation process, should not be resized since the process could cause damage to the ring. Please be mindful when choosing the ring size, since this kind of damage is not covered by the warranty. You may read through our sizing guide here.
   

• Tarnish - Tarnish is not covered under our lifetime warranty policy, however, we do take pride in our products and will provide cleaning and polishing for free for the first 12 months. Please email us at sales@luimari.com for further details. Shipping is non-refundable.

All of our products are offered with FREE USPS ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available!

All of our products are made to order. With that being said, we do require a 3-5 day lead time, in addition to the shipping time.

 

The following are the shipping options available:

USPS Ground: 2-8 Business days - FREE.

USPS Priority: 1-3 Business days - Rates start at $7.35.

USPS Express: Next day - Rates start $25.50.

Polishing & Cleaning

  
For the first 12 months, we do offer free polishing and cleaning. This offer is limited to two sessions during the 12-month time frame.

Resizing
 

Unfortunately, resizing is not available for all ring models. Please contact us to find out if your ring is eligible for resizing. 

For rings that are eligible, we do offer free resizing up to a 1/2 size increment from the original size. This offer is limited to one resizing session, and is only available for the first 12 months.

 

Any resizing costs are dependent on the ring. Please contact us for further pricing information.
